Contest Entry: Shiny (Poison/Water)

_{OH GAWD IT LOOKS TERRIBLE THE COLORS ARE ALL WRONG ITS NOT EVEN PURPLE AND AHJBDFBUIFFF NOOOOO WAAAIII}

So here is my entry for 0Shiny0 's Type-swap contest.
I chose the Poison/Water type because it looked rather nice and I liked the idea if making it look all flowy in some water _{BUT THEN I FUDGED UP}

Eeeehh, Im probably going to try and make another one before the contest ends.
